BANSEA Investor Mr. Sam Gibb has spent 10 years as a professional investor in hedge funds and private equity. He's a CFA charter-holder, new father and avid angel investor in Singapore. In the angle space, he's focused on FinTech, EdTech, cryptocurrencies and the occasional real/traditional business.

Sam will demonstrate how professional investors conduct due diligence as well as giving investors some rules of thumb that he uses. Angels could expect to walk away from the presentation with a framework that they'll be able to use when conducting their own due diligence of companies as well as an understanding of what can happen when things go wrong.
