Food travel company NOSHtrekker and The Fullerton Hotel bring Chef Bryn Lewis from Bushmere Estate (Gisborne) and Chef & Winemaker Timothy Ovenden from Millton Vineyards (Gisborne) to Singapore for 10 days to present a taste of New Zealand's East Coast.
