Danica Burke

Born and raised in Auckland, I studied design at Massey Wellington, before working as a designer with, or for, some of NZ's best-loved companies - Phil&Teds, Huka Lodge, Lion, Spark, Fonterra, AirNZ, Xero amongst others.

I moved to Singapore 8+ years ago and had the opportunity to continue working closely with the NZ business community, as Executive Director of NZ Chamber (2017-2019). In my time, I oversaw the digitisation and rebrand, and was a foundational member in the establishment of Māia, before returning to the design industry to lead the growth of fst in APAC.

Earlier this year I returned to Māia as Chairperson, and I look forward to the opportunity to further support the interests of the NZ Business community through a seat on the NZ Chamber board, bringing with me my experience with NZC, NZinc, and years of networking and community building in SG/APAC.
