Liz McAuliffe

Liz is an experienced Talent Leader with over 17 years’ experience working at Deloitte in a number of different Firms  & locations across Asia Pacific and more broadly in a career of over 20 years with experience working in Singapore, New Zealand, Australia and the UK.  She has held a broad range of generalist and specialist Talent leadership roles and is skilled in HR Functional Leadership, Talent Development, HR Strategy Execution, Coaching, Transformation and Talent Acquisition.

Liz currently holds a dual role as the Managing Director Talent Transformation for Deloitte Asia Pacific and Talent Leader for the Deloitte Asia Pacific Consulting Business.

Liz holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in HR Management from Massey University and a Bachelor of Political Science & Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington She and her husband have a son and a daughter and have called Singapore home for nearly 6 years.
