Jillian is the Customer Marketing Strategy & Ops Leader for ServiceNow. She is passionate about communication and leadership and considers ServiceNow the bridge for how technology is used to enhance our lives through connection and innovation to accelerate a more inclusive society.
Jillian is an experienced and hands on leader with a bias for action. Her expertise lies in strategic execution, executive communication and change management. Working with global teams and across the Asia Pacific region she understands the benefits of culturally diverse teams and can effectively bring cross-functional teams together to achieve outstanding results. She is highly focused on growth, customer success and maintaining a fantastic team dynamic.
Outside of work, Jillian is a mother to three young children, enjoys being outdoors and running on the East Coast in Singapore. She loves to travel and review travel itineraries for friends and colleagues embarking on journeys to New Zealand.
