Darren Foo

Darren Foo is Associate General Counsel, Enterprise – APAC at Global Payments, where he leads a regional legal team supporting commercial, regulatory, governance, and strategic matters across Asia-Pacific. Based in Singapore, he has lived and worked across Asia for more than 16 years, including in Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. A New Zealander with longstanding involvement in the regional business community, Darren has previously held leadership and committee roles with the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He brings extensive governance, risk management, and cross-border business experience, together with a strong commitment to supporting New Zealand businesses and strengthening connections between Aotearoa and Asia.
