Danny Tauroa

Danny is an experienced international educator, leader and coach with a demonstrated history of working effectively with students, athletes and colleagues to achieve successful outcomes. He values the development of individual character and is passionate about working with students, athletes, and like-minded people from all industries and backgrounds to identify who they are so they can accomplish their goals.

As an educator and coach, he is mainly engaged in creating opportunities for student-athletes to learn and experience what is required to become a high performing athlete in their chosen sports. Over the past 16 years, he has developed programs that focus on holistic student-athlete development - physical, mental, social; that is relevant to their sporting environments. He works with each individual to identify what they want to achieve, develops action plans to create habits and opportunities to meet their goals, and supports their consistent self-reflection to ensure they understand the strength of character required to have ownership and are accountable for their own progress. 

Danny has lived in SIngapore for 17 years and has created a large network covering a variety of industries over this time. He is actively involved with the Kiwi Waka Ama club and enjoys the opportunities the NZ Chamber presents to celebrate being a kiwi in Singapore and supporting new kiwis when they arrive here.
