About Us

The New Zealand Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) is a non-profit organisation registered in Singapore. It operates on behalf of its membership assisting and serving business interests to benefit both countries.

Our Mission is "to create a community to connect New Zealand and Singapore businesses and people"

We aim to achieve this by:

  • Facilitating business discussion and action
  • Developing initiatives that create the linkages between New Zealand & Singapore
  • Providing part of a local network for NZ business people who are discovering Singapore and other Asian markets, together with our partners in the NZ government agencies
  • Acting as a simple and effective conduit for people to find out who is who in the NZ-Singapore community
  • Being a recognised point on the "global Kiwi map" to create linkages to New Zealanders and New Zealand associations globally
  • Maintaining our distinctive NZ culture & integrity
  • Creating social networks
  • Developing cross generation activity so that the younger generation of kiwis are more linked to their country of origin

Affiliation with Kea

The Chamber also has an affiliation with Kea, providing Kea a local footprint in Singapore, while at the same time providing increased connectivity for the Chamber through Kea’s international network. Kea is a New Zealand based online network of over 25,000 global members in 178 countries. Kea’s vision is to embrace the value of its diaspora and be widely recognized as the most globally connected small nation. Kea aims to connect New Zealand’s large global talent community to contribute to the growth and prosperity of New Zealand and New Zealanders by facilitating the sharing of knowledge, contacts, and opportunities amongst New Zealanders around the world.
